Forward Deployed Engineer | AI for Capital Markets

New York City (Hybrid) 

$200,000 - $250,000 + Equity

Revive Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI company that is transforming how financial institutions operate through AI-powered workflows, agentic systems and automation. Following a successful Series A and growing demand from enterprise customers, they're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with leading financial firms, deploying cutting-edge AI solutions into production environments.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with customers to deploy, customise and optimise AI-powered platforms within live production environments.

  • Own solutions end-to-end, from technical discovery and architecture through to deployment, testing and ongoing iteration.

  • Build full-stack applications and integrations using Python, TypeScript and React.

  • Collaborate closely with traders, analysts, operations teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

  • Implement LLM-powered workflows, AI agents and automation systems that solve real business problems.

  • Act as the bridge between customers and engineering teams, helping shape future product direction through direct feedback and field insights.

What You'll Have

  • 5-8 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development skills.

  • Strong experience with Python, TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.

  • Experience deploying customer-facing production systems and working directly with end users or stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems or AI-powered applications.

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to operate in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

  • A high-agency mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
