The Role

Clarion is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers. You’ll write production code, own customer implementations, and ensure AI agents work reliably in real-world healthcare environments.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship production code for integrations, workflows, and AI agent configuration

• Own customer implementations from scoping through go-live

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers

• Debug and optimize AI agents in production

• Translate customer feedback into product and engineering requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience

• Strong coding ability; hands-on engineering role

• Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity

• Comfortable owning ambiguous, multi-workstream projects

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Solutions or implementation engineering background

• Startup or early-stage experience

• Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based products

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

Compensation

Base salary: $150,000–$225,000
Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity
