Salary: $145,000 – $240,000 + Equity

Work directly with customers to deploy and customize AI-powered solutions for real-world insurance workflows
Build and iterate on product features across the stack (primarily Python and React)
Own end-to-end implementations—from understanding customer needs to delivering production-ready solutions
Debug, optimize, and enhance existing systems in collaboration with customers and internal teams
Act as a technical partner to clients, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions
Rapidly prototype and deploy new workflows using modern AI coding tools
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams in a fast-paced startup environment
Travel (~25%) to engage with customers and ensure successful implementations
2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar) in daily workflows
Proven ability to build, debug, and extend customer-facing products
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments (Seed to Series D) with high ownership and ambiguity
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working onsite in San Francisco and traveling to customer locations
Background in insurtech, fintech, or other document-heavy industries
Experience with applied AI or building AI-enabled products
Exposure to technical consulting or implementation roles at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, or similar
Experience working with B2B SaaS products that involve complex customer integrations
Strong product mindset with an interest in shaping user-facing solutions
