Process Mining & Discovery: Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their operations, map complex processes, and translate them into clear automation workflows.
AI-based Programming: Use Forge’s unique “AI programming language” to design, develop, and deploy automations. This includes combining traditional programming control flow with free-form English instructions to build intelligent solutions.
Implementation & Rollout: Take ownership of full-cycle deployments—from initial scoping to full production scaling—ensuring reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Collaboration: Work directly with clients to iterate quickly, refine solutions, and ensure adoption and impact across teams.
Operational Excellence: Be the point of contact for deployment logistics, change management, and internal coordination, bringing structure and rigor to every engagement.
Knowledge Sharing: Create internal documentation and deployment playbooks to improve how Forge scales with future customers.
1–6 years of experience as a software engineer

Strong programming ability and comfort with learning new tools and paradigms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you enjoy talking to customers and making ideas real
Ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems into concrete, actionable tasks
High attention to detail and a bias toward action
A strong ownership mindset with the willingness to “do whatever it takes” to make deployments succeed
Experience working in customer-facing technical roles or startups
Familiarity with enterprise environments and business operations
Interest in AI, automation, or building new languages/platforms
