Value Partner — Ensures Value Integrity

Role Summary

The Value Partner ensures the CoE’s solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. This role manages value case development, measurement frameworks, and portfolio-wide performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the CoE value measurement framework across the portfolio.
  • Develop business value cases, including ROI, DCF, and KPI modeling.
  • Conduct prototype value realization checkpoints.
  • Produce value realization dashboards and reports.
  • Escalate underperforming initiatives to leadership.
  • Maintain the CoE KPI measurement framework.
  • Support instrumentation of value metrics within Foundry platforms.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in financial modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Strong financial and business analytics capabilities.
  • Consulting or enterprise transformation experience preferred.
  • Ability to translate qualitative business outcomes into measurable KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Excel and analytics tools.

Experience

  • 10–15+ years in consulting, finance, program management, or value engineering roles.
  • Experience supporting large technology transformation initiatives.
  • Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Success Metrics

  • Completion rate of value cases before development begins.
  • Completion of prototype checkpoint evaluations.
  • Portfolio value realized versus projected value.
  • Escalation responsiveness for underperforming initiatives.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting dashboards.

Stakeholder Interactions

  • FD Partners: Collaborate on value case development.
  • FD Echo: Coordinate recurring value realization reporting.
  • Executive Sponsors: Provide performance reports and recommendations.
  • CoE Leadership: Deliver portfolio-wide insights.
  • Business Unit Finance: Align on baseline metrics and financial analysis.
  • Platform Lead: Coordinate instrumentation of value metrics.
