Forward Deployed Strategist-Onsite

Our client, a B2B AI fintech startup, is seeking Forward Deployed Strategists to partner directly with customers and drive high-impact deployments.

This is a hybrid strategy + operator role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, pricing, and execution. You'll work directly with senior leaders at AI-native and fintech companies to implement solutions, run pilots, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and execute customer pilots, AI implementations, and enablement programs
Own customer outcomes, driving adoption, expansion, and long-term value
Partner with Heads of Pricing, RevOps, and Product to deploy scalable solutions
Translate customer insights into product roadmap and GTM strategy recommendations
Lead strategic initiatives that convert user feedback into actionable business bets
Identify repeatable deployment patterns to accelerate time-to-value across accounts
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping how AI-powered products scale in enterprise environments.

Job Qualifications: 

Were seeking candidates with:

2–8 years of experience in investment banking, elite consulting (MBB or similar), or strategy at a tech company
AND experience in a BizOps, strategy, or deployment role at a high-growth, VC-backed startup
Were also open to candidates with strong startup-only backgrounds who have owned and delivered strategic initiatives end-to-end.

The ideal candidate:

Has experience in enterprise SaaS environments
Has designed and run pilots or AI implementations
Is comfortable working directly with executive stakeholders
Can clearly connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes
Is an articulate, structured communicator
Bonus points for experience in B2B pricing, GTM tooling, or AI agents.
