What You Will Do

• Engage directly with clients to demonstrate the capabilities of the platform and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine deployment strategies and enhance user experience.
• Utilize OpenAI and REST APIs to integrate solutions effectively within client environments.
• Implement and optimize workflows using tools like Zapier to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the technology.
• Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for deployment strategies.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical support or deployment role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proficient in working with OpenAI and REST APIs to build and deploy solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with workflow automation tools, particularly Zapier.
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
