PROJECT
The project focuses on integrating a leading data and AI platform into an insurance delivery framework to build a unified, data-driven, and AI-enabled insurance operations platform.
The goal is to enable end-to-end visibility, operational efficiency, and advanced analytics by combining enterprise data, operational workflows, and AI-powered applications within Palantir Foundry and AIP.
The role is highly customer-facing and requires close collaboration with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions.
YOU WILL
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Palantir Foundry
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, financial, operational, and external systems
- Build and maintain the Enterprise Ontology (Object Types, Link Types, Actions)
- Develop operational applications and dashboards using platform-specific tools
- Build AI-powered workflows leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks
- Work directly with customer stakeholders across business, operations, IT, and leadership
- Translate business problems into scalable data models, applications, and AI solutions
- Support production deployments, including performance tuning and scaling
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including production deployments and customer implementations
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL (Java or Scala is a plus)
- Experience building and operating distributed data pipelines (Spark, large-scale ETL/ELT, data modeling)
- Experience integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs, JDBC, SFTP, and cloud data platforms
- Experience with or strong understanding of AI-enabled applications, LLM workflows, and RAG systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
- Palantir Certified Data Engineer or Application Developer certification (highly preferred)
- Fluent English and Polish
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with insurance or financial services data
- Familiarity with industry-standard insurance software
- Frontend development experience with TypeScript and React
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Strong product mindset and user-centric approach
