Sr. Forward Deployment Strategist (FDS)
GalaxEye SpaceAs a Senior Forward Deployment Strategist (FDS)<\/b>, you will work directly with customers to deliver cutting -edge technology solutions that address their most critical mission challenges. You will own the end -to -end execution of customer trials and Proof -of -Concepts (PoCs), acting as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in the customer’s mission environment, configure our software to match operational needs, run trial deployments, and translate field insights into actionable product improvements. Beyond collecting feedback, you will synthesize learnings into clear, prioritized recommendations that directly shape product evolution.

You will collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, product managers, and sales teams to ensure successful trial outcomes, seamless communication, and scalable solution delivery.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>Design and execute customer PoC programs tailored to organizational mission challenges and success criteria.
<\/p><\/li>
Lead customer trials from planning to evaluation, defining objectives, timelines, and measurable success metrics.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct regular feedback sessions with trial participants to capture quantitative outputs and qualitative operational insights.
<\/p><\/li>
Document customer pain points, feature requests, and usability issues in clear detail for engineering teams.
<\/p><\/li>
Translate customer workflows and business language into actionable technical requirements.
<\/p><\/li>
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement feedback rapidly and deploy customer -specific improvements.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with product teams to prioritize enhancements and drive customer -driven roadmap evolution.
<\/p><\/li>
Work closely with sales teams to manage customer expectations and ensure alignment throughout trial phases.

Present trial outcomes, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders to influence product direction.

Requirements<\/h3>
Ex -military officer with practical experience using SAR and EO exploitation software.
<\/p><\/li>
2–5 years of experience in product deployment, solution engineering, field strategy, or related roles.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a bias toward action and ownership.
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication ability across technical, operational, and executive -level stakeholders.
<\/p><\/li>
Hands -on experience with enterprise software, system integration, or analytics platforms (preferred).
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with agile workflows, iterative feedback loops, user testing, or field operations methodology.
<\/p><\/li>
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
