What You Will Do

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–6 years of experience in a forward-deployed engineering or solutions support role.
• Strong understanding of software deployment processes and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment with a focus on AI or software development.

Preferred

• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and their impact on business operations.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in technical support or business development.

Compensation and Benefits
