What You Will Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their data migration needs and customize solutions accordingly.
• Develop and implement robust software applications using JavaScript, React, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Optimize data migration processes to enhance efficiency and reduce onboarding time for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development and deployment.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with data migration processes and methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud services and data management platforms.
• Previous work in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and initiative.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $110K to $160K, complemented by a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that drive significant impact.
