What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for debt collection processes.
• Develop and maintain robust applications using NodeJS and TypeScript to optimize system performance.
• Utilize AWS to ensure reliable infrastructure and deployment of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to enhance user experience.
• Analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–9 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
