As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer at Parahelp, you’ll embed directly with customers like Replit and Framer to build and deploy AI agents that handle their support tickets end-to-end. We have raised an $18M Series A and are hiring fast. This is not a backend-only role — you’ll be on the ground with customers, identifying automation opportunities, building with context, testing integrations, and sharing structured feedback internally. You’re expected to own delivery from first customer meeting to live deployment.
