Our client is a fast-growing enterprise AI transformation consultancy delivering production-grade agentic AI solutions across APAC.


This is a senior, client-facing delivery and account leadership role focused on managing strategic enterprise engagements across AI transformation programmes. You will work closely with architects, strategists, engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered with strong governance, commercial discipline, and measurable business outcomes.

The role suits someone from a consulting, systems integration, technology services, or enterprise delivery background who can balance client relationship management, delivery execution, commercial oversight, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ownership of delivery and commercial performance across one or more strategic client accounts.
• Track engagement financials, including gross margin, forecasting, invoicing, collections, and delivery effort.
• Support SOWs, change requests, milestone plans, RAID logs, delivery reporting, and programme governance.
• Work with delivery teams on estimation, planning, execution tracking, and client commitment readiness.
• Maintain structured governance processes and ensure risks, dependencies, and delivery issues are escalated early.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Identify adjacent client opportunities and support account expansion discussions.
• Coordinate across architects, strategists, engineers, and project managers to ensure delivery alignment.
• Mentor junior project managers and help improve delivery discipline, communication, and commercial awareness.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve delivery or relationship concerns.
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, delivery planning, estimation reviews, and SOW preparation.
• Help improve delivery methodologies, operating practices, and reusable delivery assets.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience in consulting, systems integration, enterprise technology delivery, or technology services.
• Experience supporting account-level delivery governance and commercial management.
• Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle management, including discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Experience contributing to SOWs, change requests, delivery governance, and programme management.
• Experience working with BFSI, telecommunications, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of AI transformation programmes and enterprise technology delivery environments.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, AI-enabled workflows, and AWS-based transformation programmes.
• Strong delivery governance skills, including RAID management, status reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Commercial awareness across forecasting, margin tracking, delivery effort management, and engagement operations.
• Strong communication skills across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work across multiple teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Travel and Location
