The Role
As a Forward Deployed Strategist, you'll work directly with some of the world's largest enterprises to implement automation that fundamentally changes how teams operate. This is not incremental improvement — you'll help replace legacy workflows that organizations have relied on for decades.
You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer leadership, owning deployments end-to-end — from early pilots through global rollouts. This role requires navigating complex organizations, aligning stakeholders from operational teams to executive leadership, and ensuring successful adoption at scale.

What You'll Do

Lead deployments with large enterprise customers from initial pilot to scaled production

Break down complex workflows and translate them into clear, executable automation plans

Navigate cross-functional stakeholders across operations, technical teams, and executive leadership

Drive adoption and change management throughout the rollout process

Identify opportunities to expand automation and grow customer impact globally

Capture repeatable deployment patterns and share insights with product and engineering teams
What We're Looking For

5+ years in a strategic, technical, or customer-facing role (deployment, consulting, enterprise account leadership, operations strategy, etc.)

Experience working with large enterprise organizations and complex initiatives

Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in ambiguous environments

Technical fluency to engage with product and implementation discussions

Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization

Clear communicator with strong project management instincts and ownership mindset

Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other enterprise-heavy industries
