Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base salary + competitive equity
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist with 2–7+ years of experience to lead the commercial and executional success of strategic enterprise deployments. In this role, you'll partner with Fortune 500 customers from initial engagement through deployment, production, and long-term account growth.
This position blends enterprise strategy, customer leadership, project delivery, and commercial execution. You'll work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems, align stakeholders, and help customers successfully implement transformative technology solutions.
Own enterprise customer relationships from initial engagement through deployment and expansion.
Scope customer engagements by understanding business processes, aligning stakeholders, and defining measurable success criteria.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute enterprise pilots and scale successful deployments into production.
Navigate complex enterprise environments while managing timelines, priorities, risks, and executive stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to expand customer partnerships and drive long-term account growth.
Candidates should have 2–7+ years of experience combining consulting, enterprise sales, deployment, GTM, Business Operations, Program/Project Management, or founder experience.
In addition, candidates should have one or more of the following:
2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (or 4+ years at a Tier 2 consulting firm)
Enterprise Account Executive or enterprise sales experience selling into Fortune 500 organizations
Experience in a forward-deployed or customer deployment role supporting enterprise implementations
Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
Proven experience owning enterprise client relationships in a customer-facing role.
Experience scoping, negotiating, and executing complex enterprise engagements.
Strong project delivery and operational leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and participate in implementation discussions, even if not serving as an engineer.
Experience working with executive stakeholders and leading complex enterprise initiatives.
